20 YEARS IN BUSINESS

STOP TELLING ME OR MY STAFF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING !!

I have proudly been doing my job for 35 years.
However, I can no longer charge the prices from 20 years ago.

Discounted rates based on familiarity or loyalty are no longer sustainable. Just because you no me it's not doing me any favors I have to work twice as hard because you want to pay low costs . And basically am tired out !!!

RUNNING A SALON IS EXPENSIVE

I am not making a fortune.
I do not live a lavish lifestyle.
Like everyone else, my cost of living has increased.

Salon expenses include:
• Wages
• Rent
• Insurance
• Business rates
• Electricity
• Products & stock
• General overheads

PLEASE UNDERSTAND

£5 haircuts and £20 colours are no longer realistic.
THESE PRICES WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED.

We are one of the few local salons that accept card payments too that service costs a fortune. They take a percentage of the price .
Every transaction incurs a cost, but we continue to offer this for your convenience.

PRICE CHANGES

Price increases are necessary to keep the business running. In 20 years I've only had 3 increases!!!!

Supporting a local business means supporting someone’s livelihood.
We cannot survive charging yesterday’s prices while paying today’s bills.

PAYMENT POLICY

• All payments must be made on time
• No one works for free !!!!! Don't expect me to do your hair for nothing . Go find someone else that will do it for free .
• Payment delays will not be accepted
• Do not create your own payment plans when the works been done !!
• False or delayed bank transfers will not be accepted
