I know, I know… another non aesthetic post, there won’t be anymore until my holiday😂 but I can’t not post my girls first ever competition and her first ever gold medal. We are so so proud of her, I can’t put into words.

Hyaluronidase is one of the most important products in clinic. What is it you might say? When you have a filler treatment with me I will tell you about a product that will be used if filler needed to be dissolved. This is it!

Hyalase is a medication that can quickly dissolve hyaluronic acid filler if something doesn’t go as planned.

Although complications from filler treatments are rare, they can happen. Filler can accidentally block a blood vessel, which can stop blood reaching where it needs too. If not treated quickly, this can cause serious damage to the skin and surrounding tissue.

Having hyalase on hand means the filler can be dissolved quickly, helping to restore blood flow and reduce the risk of long-term complications.

Hyalase can also be used to correct issues such as:

* Overfilled areas
* Uneven results
* Lumps or bumps
* Filler that has migrated

Put simply, hyalase acts as a safety net. Just as you wouldn’t drive a car without insurance, practitioners shouldn’t perform dermal filler treatments without having Hyalase available.

This time it was being used to dissolve some migrated filler.
