If you have dry skin exfoliate prior to open the pores.

Make sure you are hydrated before and after.

Take pictures for your own journey.

After measuring (three areas of the stomach in Cms)

Apply topically 10ml (50p size) to an average stomach area presenting with loose Subcutaneous fat that can be pinched.

Rub in for 5 mins until its "tacky"

Wrap with cling film/ contouring straps or "pull me in underwear or gym wear" (wrap around 5x)

Leave from min 45 mins. Maximum 2 hours.

This is a cold tingling stimulation due the chemical reaction in the skin causing the secretion of fat in the subcutaneous layers The more fat the more applications needed.

It follows a unique five step process.

Stimulation- Exfoliating Mentha Avernis
Activation-Caffeine
Breakage -Green Tea / Witch Hazel
Secretion- Prune juice
Tightening-Aloe vera leaf.
