However, when an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can leave us with a block of time that we’re unable to offer to another client, while our usual business costs still remain.

Our cancellation policy isn’t about being unfair or charging for something you haven’t received — it’s about protecting the time that has been set aside for you, as well as our team and our small business.

We’re always happy to work with you where we can, and we understand that genuine emergencies do happen. ❤️

It uses premium-quality, ethically sourced human hair attached using tiny links rather than glue, tape or heat.
