Ideally, my client wanted to go bright pink and orange, but, believe it or not, her hair was blue a few months ago and had been previously compromised, so I didn't want to risk bleaching her hair. Instead, I used the Matrix So Red range to create a brighter and healthier look.

Last year, Brown Bunny was my favourite, so I just had to create his cousin Grey Bunny for this year's spring window design.
This design took 4 hours to create (I'd removed the Valentine's design the other day to give myself extra time today).

Libby wanted to go darker for winter so we kept some lighter pieces to add dimension and took the rest a deep rich brown - so glossy and healthy.

2025 we're ready for you.
Just a quick and simple design this time - just over 1½ hours to paint.
The most challenging parts of doing this are...
• The sun shines in your eyes (when it is sunny)
• The surface is slippery
• Backwards letters and writing right to left is unnatural
• Anchoring my hand leaves smears on the glass
• My background is constantly moving while I'm trying to keep my eyes in focus
• Photos and videos are full of reflections of everything else making the art difficult to see
I really enjoy creating them and just have to make sure I allocate the time to do them without rushing.

When people ask how long it takes to change the windows, I reply around 4 hours and they're shocked.
It takes an hour to clean the old design off before I've even started - here's the process if anyone's interested 😆
