After 10 loyal years with the same gel brand, we recently discovered they changed their ingredients without informing nail techs.
This explains the lifting and chipping issues we've been stressed about for months - something that is never our standard.
We've made the difficult (and very costly) decision to rebrand and are currently trialling a new builder gel, base and top coat system.
Our colours will gradually be changing too.
Switching brands is scary, but giving you long-lasting, beautiful nails is always our priority.
Please bear with us during this transition - we're doing everything we can to get your nails back to their best.
