REGARDING APPOINTMENTS !!

I will be placing a cancellation or change of appointment fee with in less than 24 hours of your appointment as I'm having quite alot of people wanting to change appointments the day of there appointments or cancelling altogether or no shows ...

I get things come up and people get poorly but this is my lively hood and with it been especially busy this time of year I carnt always fill the appointment canceled the same day or even accommodate the new appointment day that you require

There will be a 50% charge for this if this happens so please bare this in mind when booking make sure you available to attend the booked appointment

We've already made a start on Christmas bookings and the book is looking pretty busy I would advise you get them booked in as soon as possible too avoid disappointment

As usual we will be taking deposits over the Christmas period as this is my main source of income there will be a fee if the appointment is cancelled less than 24hours before the appointment as It can be hard to fill the appointment slot at short notice..
So please when you book the appointment make sure you can make it as moving appointments about can be very hard to do in December
