It’s with a heavy heart I will be closing The Tanning Room after Christmas. It’s been a wonderful 8 years and I’ve met some wonderful people, some who I can call friends now. But when I started out i never ever thought I would be so busy. Over the past 6 years we have been joined by our 3 gorgeous grandchildren and I love spending time with them and my family, which to me is more important than anything.
I would like to thank you for all your support over the years.

You may have seen small businesses asking for your help lately and this is largely down to how Facebook / Instagram are hampering you seeing our content unless we pay which is very hard for small businesses to constantly do this

So please could I ask:

So today is my birthday, I wasn’t going to do any tans but a lady messaged me to ask if I could do 9 tans for a team, I though about it and said yes. So I worked my whole day around these tans, rushing off from breakfast that my daughters had arranged for me so I would be back in time to set up, I had messaged the lady this morning to confirm but didn’t have a response, I thought she must have been busy. 1pm came and went, I messaged her again, still no response. I am so angry, but a lesson learned. In future if there are 3 or more in a group wanting a tan I will be taking a £5 deposit.
