A quick important update regarding my booking policy 🤍
​As a small business run by just "little old me," every single client means the absolute world to me. I love what I do, and I love taking care of you all!
I have lost out on £143 this week thats a lot of money for me.
​However, because it's just me, empty time slots mean lost income and wasted time that could have gone to other clients on the waiting list. While I completely understand that genuine emergencies and life happen, last-minute cancellations, lateness, and no-shows directly impact my small business.
​To keep things running smoothly and keep my doors open, I am officially updating my Cancellation, Late, & No-Show Policy:
​📌 Notice Period: I kindly ask for at least [24/48] hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
📌 Late Arrivals: If you are running more than [10/15] minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule so I don't run late for the next client.
📌 Deposits are non refundable no matter the reason

The School holidays start Friday! So i do have some time off & working less days in the week so i can spend time with Sadie & not rely too much on child care.
Ill be having every Tuesday & Friday off (apart from Tues 21st)
My hols are Fri 31st of July till Weds 5th & 12th of Aug (1 day)
Please only book lates if you need them & try not to swap apps as not much room to move people around please TIA xx
