Just wanted to give you all a quick update…

Unfortunately I’m still struggling to deal with this prolonged period of burnout/shutdown. Although I’m familiar with periods of burnout and finally understand why they occur (although autism and adhd are still depressingly misunderstood) I was in no way prepared for the severity of this one. It’s been really scary and difficult and I’m just taking it a day at a time.

Thank you to all my amazing friends/ clients who have commented or messaged me. I’m sorry that I’m not always able to reply individually but please know that I’m incredibly touched by your kind words of support and understanding. I really appreciate your patience and thank you KaVa_Hair_Gallery for looking after my clients while I’m unable to.

Right now I’m focused on healing my nervous system, I’m accessing any available services and luckily have an amazing family who are supporting and caring for me. I hope to have better news soon and look forward to getting back on my feet and back to work because I miss you all ❤️

I just wanted to update everyone on my current situation. As most of you already know, I’m autistic with adhd. Sadly I’ve been forced to take an unexpected break from work as I’m experiencing a severe state of burnout. It’s impossible for me to work right now due to being completely depleted so I’m left with no choice but to take time out and focus on rest and recovery.

I know this is really frustrating for you (me too🫤) and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience it’s causing. Believe me,I can’t wait to be back on my feet again and I’ll let you all know as soon as I am. Hopefully it won’t be too long 🤞🏻
