*** Update on all the new changes ***

After a very busy start to the year we have some exciting news to share;

• We now welcome Jack full time with us in the shop 🥳🤝

• Rob and his wife have welcomed their new baby girl into their family 👧🏻🩷

• We now have a late night in the shop, Thursday evening is now available to book up until 8pm with Jack and Rob 🕰️🌃

• Due to the high level of demand on the bookings, Fridays and Saturdays are now primarily bookings only, we will still look after any walk-ins those day if we have gaps in the bookings. 🙏💙

• Adam is the dedicated barber to walk-ins Monday to Thursday, however every other Thursday he will now be taking bookings. So for anyone who enjoys only using the walk-in service, Monday to Wednesday are the best days to aim for 😁🫶

As always thank you to all of you for your business, the shop has never achieve things it does now, the plans for the future is only to continue to grow and deliver an ever better service to even more people. Without all of your continued support, none of this would be possible.

Over the past 12 months, energy and goods prices have risen considerably, and are set to rise ever more with the latest budget update.

I don’t buy into the whole money grabbing mentality! As a result, I’ve kept the prices as low and fair as possible for as long as I possibly can. With further increases to shop overheads, I have to rise the price of walk-in services in the shop.
I’ve researched the prices of competitors, knowing what they charge, I can ensure you that our prices will remain highly competitive with the others locally.

As ever they will reflect the best value for money with the high standard of service we deliver to each and every customer 🤝

The new prices will come into effect from the 1st of December 2025.

In honour of my Great Great Grandad, who fought and died in WW1, and all our Armed Forces past and present.

With so much change happening in the shop this year, I just want to let everybody know about how our services and pricing works at present.

• Walk-ins are the heart and soul of our business and are always available Monday-Saturday.

Walk-ins are charged at a fix price across all Barbers, as the walk-in service can sometimes come with a wait, this is reflected in the price, meaning that the walk-in service is the lowest prices we have to offer for the same quality service you can expect from Claytons of Rothwell.

The best days to avoid waits while using the walk-in service are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, we have two Barbers on walk-ins those days.

• Our booking service is a new addition to the shop and due to it’s demand since going live we’ve now been able to extend this service throughout the week, the service is live between 5 and 6 days a week across all the Barbers in the shop now.

Jack is available to book Monday-Wednesday and every other Saturday.

Rob is available to book Thursday and Friday, the rest of the week Rob is looking after all walk-ins.

Adam looks after all walk-ins Monday-Friday and is available to book on the Saturdays he’ll be working and will always give everyone the heads up on these days well in advance.

The booking service is a premium service and is priced at a slightly higher rate than the walk-in service as it gives you the ability to skip the queue!

We run to a tight schedule with the booking service, please arrive in good time for your booking, if you are running late please let us know, anyone running 4-5 minutes late may loose their booking as this can cause a knock on affect for all the following bookings that day.

Any time that the Barber running bookings has no bookings during the day, they will be able to take walk-ins up to their next appointment.
