10 pieces of advice I’d give my younger self… 🤍

The patient in the photo developed a bruise right after injection. However, let me reassure you that this is completely normal.
A hematoma is just a collection of blood under the skin. It’s common in delicate, vascular areas like lips. It peaks at 48 hours and fades like any other bruise.
This is why I can’t stress enough how important it is to leave enough time for you to heal after treatments if you have big occasions or holidays coming up.
