Becoming a mum is beautiful, but those first 0–6 months can feel incredibly overwhelming. You’re adjusting to life with your newborn, running on little sleep, and it’s so easy to feel like you’ve lost a little bit of yourself.

That’s why I’ve created a space where you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and looking after your baby.

✨ Your little one is more than welcome to come along to your appointment.

Whether they’re happy sleeping in the pram, snuggled on your chest while you enjoy your treatment, or they need a little cuddle halfway through – that’s absolutely okay.

I’m more than happy to:
🤍 Gently rock the pram
🤍 Pass baby back to you whenever needed
🤍 Pop a dummy in if you’d like
🤍 Pause your treatment for feeds, cuddles or nappy changes

There’s no pressure, no judgement, and no need to apologise. I’ll also add an extra 15 minutes to your appointment so there’s plenty of time if your little one needs you.

Because every mum deserves a little time to feel like herself again. 💕
