🌿A complete mind and body reset. This deeply relaxing treatment combines dry brushing, cleansing, infrared warmth, targeted mud therapy and a full-body massage to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Skin is gently exfoliated, nourished and hydrated, while the warmth and massage help ease muscular tension and encourage a deep sense of relaxation.

What to Expect during your full luxury treatment

* Awaken & Prepare

To begin, your body will be gently spritzed with a calming mist infused with essential oils to awaken the senses and prepare you for your treatment. I’ll then use a soft dry brush over the body to gently exfoliate the skin and stimulate circulation. This helps to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin feeling smooth, refreshed and beautifully prepared for the products to follow.

* Cleanse & Purify

Next, you’ll enjoy a full-body cleanse and steam using a crystal-infused purifying body oil. Luxurious body brushes will be used to work the products into the skin, creating a deeply cleansing and sensory experience. During this stage, towels will be soaking in warm salt water, ready to gently remove any remaining product and prepare the skin for the next step.

* Warm & Relax

Once the body has been cleansed, you’ll be comfortably placed onto the MiHIGH infrared sauna mat for 20–30 minutes. The gentle infrared heat creates a deeply warming and relaxing experience, helping to promote a feeling of calm while allowing you to fully unwind. As you rest, you’ll enjoy a soothing sensory head massage, creating the perfect moment to switch off and relax before continuing with the treatment.

* Targeted Mud Mask

Now for the fun part! A luxurious relief mud mask will be applied to selected areas where it is most needed. The mask does not need to be applied to the entire body. It will be left on for approximately 10 minutes, allowing the skin to enjoy the benefits of the treatment.

* Full-Body Massage

The mat will then be removed, allowing you to fully relax into your body treatment. An arnica-infused massage oil will be used to nourish the skin while providing a deeply relaxing massage. Sensory massage tools will also be incorporated to focus on areas of tension and add an extra element to your treatment experience.

* Nourish & Finish

To complete your treatment, any excess oil will be gently removed using a warm towel. A light, nourishing body cream will then be applied to leave the skin feeling soft, hydrated and beautifully conditioned.

On attending the appointment it’s expected to wear light clothing cotton is best or sports wear when the mat only. A micro cloth will be available at end as you may find you will sweat in this time. In full treatment ensure your wearing clothing your ok some product might get into them.

My husband and I are taking on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride this Sunday 13th September in memory of my dad, Mark Ingram, and to raise vital funds for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. Dad loved cycling and actually completed this very ride himself. Now, we’re following in his footsteps and taking on the challenge in his memory. After Dad’s battle with Parkinson’s and ultimately PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy), Arthur Rank Hospice cared for him in his final days and supported our family through one of the hardest times of our lives. We can never truly thank them for everything they did, but we can try to give something back. 🎯 Our target is £2,000, but we’d love to raise as much as we possibly can. It’s been a fun exciting week with proms last week and myself competing over the weekend. I have a huge passion for the beauty industry and fitness. This weekend I was at an event TURF where we competed against over 5,000 people almost was an incredible day.

With high humidity this week this can have an effect on some treatments being performed.

please be aware and I will do my best to work with you to make sure we still get the best result

Lashes and gel applications especially I will be keeping a close eye on

Sadly my room does not have air con however the room keeps very cool the later on the in the the humidity will rise. I will be keeping my door closed while in treatment to avoid direct sunlight coming in and hoping to keep cool for you.

There is also a fan running.

I am very much here still… after a week off work spending time with my beautiful family in France I was straight back into work.

With peak season in full swing the studio is at capacity of bookings.

I’m currently full now till start of July and will forward cancellations onto those who are waiting for sooner dates to then release on here when available.

It’s been a beautiful busy time so apologies for any delays in responding but please and will message as soon as.
