I will not fill migrated lips, and I won’t inject more than 1ml in one sitting.
Why? Because slowly building lips over time is what creates the most natural, balanced results — without migration or overfilled lips.

So what is migration?
Migration happens when too much filler is placed, or filler is added too quickly. The filler moves outside the natural lip border, often causing a puffy shelf above the lip, loss of lip shape, and that overfilled, unnatural look that many people want to avoid.

Once lips are migrated, adding more filler will not fix it — it usually makes it worse.
The only safe way to correct migrated lips is to dissolve the filler and start again properly.

This client started with very paper-thin lips, and over the last 2 years, we’ve gradually built volume in a safe and controlled way to achieve the result you see today — natural, hydrated, and beautifully shaped lips.
