My diary books up in advance, especially for evening and weekend slots, which creates a waiting list for some people to book in.

As a result, for no-shows and cancellations within 24hrs, like other establishments I will need to charge the full session price for the missed appointment.

I will of course continue to be as flexible as possible in the event of emergencies, but please give me as much notice as possible so I can try to fill the missed appointment!

The treatment of injuries is almost never a quick fix, and it may therefore take a few sessions to get the issue under control. Similarly, regular training and life stresses mean that regular maintenance sessions can be a great way to protect against injury.

With that in mind, I'm really pleased to be able to offer package discounts to help with the cost of your treatments. These Bronze, Silver and Gold options consist of a block of FIVE sports massage treatments ranging between 45 and 90-minute sessions.
