And let’s talk water intake 👇
A simple way to figure out how much you should drink is:

➡️ Your weight × 30 ml (on a normal day)
➡️ Your weight × 35 ml (in hotter weather like this!)

For example here’s how I work out my water intake 👇

➡️ Normal day:
I take my weight (70 kg) and multiply it by 30 ml
= 2,100 ml (so about 2.1 liters) 💧

➡️ Hot day like this:
I multiply my weight by 35 ml
= 2,450 ml (so about 2.45 liters) 💦

So that’s just an example based on my weight-you can do the same calculation for yourself!

I’ve been so busy lately, but I finally carved out some time to try my Proluxe heated rollers-and wow, I’m genuinely blown away by the results 😍

I used them on dry hair, section by section, spraying each with the Bed Head “Queen for a Day” volumizing spray 👑. I left the rollers in for about 40 minutes while I did my makeup, and when I took them out… my hair was HUGE. Like, seriously big, bouncy, and full of life ✨

It’s now been four days, and although the volume has softened a bit, my hair is still holding a really nice shape and style. Considering I have very fine hair that usually falls flat, this is honestly impressive. Getting lasting volume has always been a challenge for me, but this made it so much easier 🙌

Compared to blow-drying with a brush, this method is a total game-changer. I have joint hypermobility, so holding my arms up and managing a brush and dryer at the same time is exhausting. Plus, the heat from blow-drying makes my sensitive, dry skin flare up-I end up sweaty and red, and it’s just not a pleasant experience 😩

With heated rollers, all of that stress disappears. It’s so much more comfortable, easier to handle, and still gives amazing results. Honestly, I wish I’d started using them sooner 💖

Every now and then, I come across this kind of client - the one who does it all.
She’s always there for everyone… except herself.
She doesn’t know how to switch off. Even when something is delegated, she can’t fully step back. It feels easier to just do it herself - because in her mind, it’ll be done “better.”
But better for who?
Who decided that overworking yourself and being constantly overlooked is the better option? Who does that actually serve? Because it’s definitely not you.
You go to bed, and instead of winding down, your mind is already racing through tomorrow’s to-do list. You feel like you always have to be organised, prepared, three steps ahead… holding everything together.
But what do you think would actually happen if you slowed down?
If you let someone else do things in their own way, in their own time?
If you didn’t carry everything on your shoulders?
Because it’s okay to pause.
It’s okay to rely on others.
It’s okay to ask for help.
Sometimes, we become our own worst enemy by holding onto this idea of how things should be.
But “should” according to who?
What if things could simply work for you instead?
In a way that gives you space to breathe, to have balance, to not constantly pour into everyone else while leaving yourself empty.
You deserve time for yourself.
Not just to do something useful but to chill & just be.
You matter too 🤍
