For those of you that may have missed my email or are finding me for the first time...from September, I will be treating solely from the wonderful Lutterworth Therapy Centre at Ashby Lane Farm, with my new times as shown.

This has not been an easy decision, but one of the reasons to be self employed is to have flexibility and work/life balance. With my little one starting school in September this is exactly what it has given me....the choice to pick him up from school every day and have family time at the weekends 💖

Excited to be going on a course in a couple of weeks time to learn a new modality that I can utilise in some of my treatments!

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to improve circulation and relieve tension. The scraping is done on oiled bare skin, with a special tool usually made of Jade or horn, but often metal or ceramic tools are used depending on the strength of the treatment required.
