🌟 Sadly summer is coming to an end. The holidays are over, and the children are back to school. The next big thing to hit us will be Christmas!! 😱

🌟 It’s time to get those positive heads on, draw that line if needed and come along to group this week raring to go!

🌟 I’ll be presenting the New Member Talk to the whole group at every session. It’s great to have a refresher. (Please don’t forget to bring along your books).

🌟 Let’s end 2024 feeling amazing, and focus on achieving all our dreams and goals.

🌟 There’s a seat for you all, no matter how long you’ve been away. No judgment or humiliation, just support to help get you back on track and lots of helpful tips, inspiration, motivation and advice in group to keep you focussed.

Self referral The weight management self referral service is provided across Warwickshire. The service provides 12 weeks of weight management support.

Just a reminder that we’re meeting tomorrow morning (Friday 31st Jan) at Sacred Heart Church, Lime Tree Avenue, Bilton and the scales will be open from 8am until 10am.
There will be no meeting on Saturday 1st Jan.
We’ll be back at Bilton Bowling and Tennis Club from Saturday 8th Jan at 8:30am and 10am. See you soon, Kelly x
