Lauren is an osteopath who will be supporting Steph’s patients while she is on maternity leave, ensuring continuity of care over the coming months.

She has experience supporting a wide range of patients, from those dealing with persistent pain and postural issues to individuals recovering from injury or looking to improve performance. Her interest in movement began through competitive cycling, shaping her understanding of how the body performs, adapts and recovers.

Lauren takes a holistic, evidence based approach, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. Her treatments combine hands on osteopathic care with clear, practical advice and tailored exercise to support long term results.

We’re really pleased to have her on board and know you’ll be in safe hands 🙌

Today we say a heartfelt goodbye to our fabulous receptionist Gillian as she retires after many years at the clinic.

She’s been the warm, friendly face welcoming you through our doors. Always kind, caring, and going the extra mile for both patients and the team. She’ll be hugely missed 🤍

We’ve also loved her talent behind the camera, especially the beautiful photos she’s taken of the wildlife in our garden and local area 🌿📸
