Nadine Rose

She is an advocate of women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa focusing particularly on women working in global supply chains. Nadine recently completed a Masters in International Security specialising in women farmers working at the bottom of the global supply chain in Kenya. She has over twenty years experience of working in business and social responsibility including leading a Corporate Social Responsibility programme in the Middle East. Nadine had her own international sustainable business manufacturing and sourcing textiles and ceramics from women in developing countries for ten years. She will start a PhD in October 2021 to further examine what the social means in social sustainability and how business can add security and value to the lives of workers at the bottom of supply chains in developing countries.
