Running a business is so much more than a 9–5.

It is constant. It is challenging. It is navigating regulations, overcoming obstacles and finding your way through the many loopholes and demands that come with being a business owner. It is late nights, early mornings and often working long after the doors have closed.

And it is not simply about what happens within the clinic.

Behind the scenes there are endless hours spent completing paperwork, managing accounts, writing clinical notes, creating rehabilitation plans, communicating with other healthcare professionals, preparing letters, keeping up with regulations and carrying out the many other responsibilities that come with running a professional and legitimate business.

So, when you come across a genuine business that truly cares about its clients, please respect the people behind it and the work that goes on behind the scenes.

There is a difference between businesses that are simply there to take your money and those that genuinely care about the people they support.

We care. We put our heart into what we do. Yes, we are tired more often than we would like to admit, but we continue to show up because we genuinely love what we do and, most importantly, because we care about the people we have the privilege of helping.

Behind every legitimate business are real people, real sacrifices and a huge amount of work that often goes unseen. To all of you out there thank you for the trust and support you provide us with ❤️

As another year comes to a close, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported me throughout the last 14 years in business.

Whether you’ve trusted me with your services, recommended me to others, worked alongside me, or simply offered encouragement along the way, your support has played a huge part in the success and growth of my business.

Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without the loyalty, trust, and relationships built over the years. I am genuinely grateful to every individual, organisation, and club that has been part of the journey.

Congratulations to Marc Perry on hanging up his boots after an outstanding career at the top level of the game this past weekend.

A remarkable journey that included 383 matches officiated and six trips to Wembley, featuring FA Cup, League Cup, and Championship Play-Off Finals.

It has been a privilege over the last 14 years to know such a genuine, humble, and dedicated person who truly loved the game and his role within it.

Wishing you every success in your next venture, pal.
