New at The Salon at Salts Farm! Food Intolerance Testing and/or inflammation testing Tuesday 25th March

👋🏻 I’m Emily from Emily Holland Wellness and I offer Food Intolerance and Vitamin and Mineral Deficiency testing. The test is carried out using a Vega Machine and is completely painless with no needles or blood involved.

🖊 By holding a metal probe, you are placed into an electro magnetic circuit and I will use accupuncture points to determine your normal resting reading as you are, and then look for any resistance to this as different food substances are introduced into the circuit which suggests the body has trouble breaking that particular food down.

😩 Many symptoms people experience on a daily basis such as bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, headaches, tiredness, acne, eczema, brain fog etc although common are not normal and can be caused by a food intolerance they are unaware of.

✅️ Food intolerances are due to a weakened digestive system so by identifying and removing these foods for a period of time whilst also working to support the health of the gut, many of these symptoms can be alleviated.

🍎 Almost 70 food and drink items are tested including dairy, milk, cheese, yoghurt, gluten, wheat, barley, rye, eggs, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, meat, fruit, vegetables as well as checking environmental factors such as dust, pollen, mould and vitamins and minerals.
