✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I truly value both your time and mine. To keep things running smoothly and fair for everyone:

• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service cost.

This can be paid via cash or via our card machine. If both options aren’t available for you we can do bank transfers.
