✨COVER UP✨ This lovely client came to me feeling unhappy with previous brow work from another artist, that had healed with unwanted red tones. After a correction and brow refresh, we achieved the transformation on the right ✨

These results are fully healed before any touch-up appointment — softening the redness, restoring a flattering shape, and creating brows she felt confident and happy with again.

In her next session we will focus more on the strokes and adding anymore colour she may want.

Correction and cover-up work can be more complex than a fresh set of brows, and unfortunately not every previous treatment can be worked over. Every case is different and requires careful assessment.

✨ Let’s talk symmetry ✨

No one’s brows are perfectly identical — natural asymmetry is completely normal, and in most cases, one brow naturally sits a little higher, fuller, or differently shaped than the other. In this lovely client’s case, one brow sat slightly higher than the other, so we carefully customised the shape to create better balance and harmony.

To even them out, we worked by subtly bringing one brow down and lifting the other up, creating a more aligned and flattering shape while still keeping the brows soft, natural, and suited to her features. The result? Beautifully balanced, fluffy brows that frame the face effortlessly ✨

That said, it’s important to have realistic expectations — especially if your brows are very uneven to begin with. While we can improve symmetry significantly, we work with your natural brow pattern, muscle movement, bone structure, and hair growth. Perfectly identical brows aren’t realistic (remember: brows are sisters, not twins 😉), but beautifully balanced, face-enhancing brows absolutely are 🤍

☀️ HEATWAVE & NEW SEMI-PERMANENT BROWS ☀️

Just had your fresh brows done? With the sunshine and warmer temperatures, aftercare is even more important to protect your healing results 💛

Here’s how to look after your new semi-permanent eyebrows during hot weather:

✨ Keep them cool & dry
Avoid excessive sweating for the first 14 days. Heat, workouts, saunas, steam rooms and sun exposure can interfere with healing and pigment retention.

🌞 No direct sun exposure
Fresh brows are highly sensitive. Avoid sunbathing and direct sunlight while healing, as UV rays can affect colour retention and healing. Wear a hat or stay in shaded areas where possible.

💦 Avoid swimming
No pools, hot tubs, sea water or excessive moisture while your brows heal. Chlorine and bacteria can impact the healing process.

🚫 Hands off!
No touching, scratching or picking at any flaking. This is a normal part of healing and picking can cause patchy results.

🧴 Follow your aftercare advice
Use only the recommended aftercare products and apply exactly as advised by your brow artist.

⏳ Trust the process
Your brows may appear darker at first and then soften as they heal — this is completely normal!

💄 SPF is your bestie
IF you’re fully healed, then always apply SPF 50 in the form of a lip balm over your brows a few times a day whilst in the sun ☀️
