Over the years I’ve worked with so many different clients with different lashes, eye shapes, preferences and little dilemmas along the way…so safe to say, I’ve heard and seen a lot😂

I’m always learning, refining my technique and keeping up with new methods because there’s always something more to learn.

I allow enough time for every appointment so I can focus on creating the best possible set, whether you’re having a full set or an infill.

I don’t believe in cutting corners or rushing through appointments just to fit more clients in. Your lashes deserve the time, care and attention to detail they need.

I want you to leave every appointment feeling your absolute best🩷

Every fan is handmade during your appointment, allowing me to customise your lashes to suit your eye shape, natural lashes and desired look.
Because each fan is handmade, at each appointment the smallest tweaks can be made to create your absolute favourite set.

Beautiful lashes shouldn’t come at the expense of your natural ones. I always take your lash health, strength and condition into consideration when choosing your extensions.
Isolation is key, by ensuring each lash is properly isolated it ensures no lashes are prematurely pulled out. This is also why good aftercare is essential for lash health. If I see damage to your natural lashes I will be honest and together we can work to get them back to their healthiest, if this means using products, altering treatments or a lash break I will be honest. A healthy lash is a happy lash.

Your safety and comfort always come first. I take hygiene and preventing cross-contamination seriously, so everything is cleaned, sanitised or disposed of between every client.

My tweezers are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between appointments. Disposables are used wherever possible and never reused. Spoolies are always fresh and yours to take home. (Even if you already have loads😂). A wipeable mat or fresh disposable couch roll is used under your head for every appointment.

A little business update 🤍

Sadly, The Look by Eloise salon in London Colney will be closing, so from 5th October, I will be working exclusively from my Hemel Hempstead location.

I will still be working my usual Mondays, just unfortunately no longer from London Colney.

I just wanted to share this update with you all as soon as possible as I’ve just found out myself.

For all my lovely clients who are local to London Colney, please don’t worry! I’m already keeping an eye out for another location closer to you and I’ll keep you updated if/when I find the right place.
