Ian’s bringing proper Mexican street food to The Quadrant — slow-cooked beef, juicy chicken and vegan options, all made with fresh, gluten-free ingredients.

And that yellow taco trailer is going to be rather difficult to miss. 😎

Joining us from 3.30pm are Ellie & Tim — an acoustic duo playing soul, rock and jazz covers. 🎤🎸

They’ll be following DJ Eddie as the afternoon builds, with one more live band still to be revealed…

And when the music finishes, we’re not quite done. As darkness falls, we’ll be getting ready for cinema under the stars — with the film announcement coming soon. 🎬✨

🍕 MEET THE MAKERS — No.2: PETE ESPOSITO

Bringing Naples to The Quadrant, one slice at a time. 🇮🇹

Our second maker joining us for Fade to Phoenix Street Food is Pete Esposito of La Scatola Pizza — serving up proper, freshly cooked Neapolitan pizza straight from the oven.

Pete’s very much a local face too. You’ll normally find him at St Saviour’s Church, St Albans, every Friday from 5pm — but on Sunday 30th August, he’s bringing La Scatola to The Quadrant.

Expect authentic Neapolitan dough, San Marzano tomatoes, quality ingredients and pizzas cooked hot and fast to order. 🔥🍕

Here’s the heads-up 👇

James has now been off for 13 weeks recovering from his Achilles injury and, although we’re hoping to see him back sooner rather than later, he’s currently signed off for a little while longer.

We’ve managed to keep up with demand by working longer hours and keeping the diary pretty much full.

BUT… Pauline is working this week and then heads off on holiday for two weeks. That leaves just Paul and Charlie cutting while James continues his recovery.

We do still have a few appointments available this week, so if you’re due a haircut, now is definitely the time to get yourself booked in.

Once those remaining spaces are gone, availability over the following couple of weeks is going to be VERY limited.
