✨ Deep Tissue – targets deep muscle tension and stubborn knots
🌿 Relaxing / Swedish – gentle, calming and perfect for stress relief.
Hot stones is similar to Swedish massage but uses heated stones
💧 Lymphatic Drainage – light technique to reduce swelling and support the body’s natural detox
