One of my first clients who lived in London Colney is running the London Marathon in April for Teenage Cancer Trust. Having taught for 38 years, she wanted to raise money for this amazing charity which supports young people with a cancer diagnosis. It is the only charity that provides specialist care for young people (up to the age of 24). It was set up in 1990, at a time when young people with cancer were just put into adult wards for care. Now there are specialist wards all over the country .
It is also a particularly poignant year for Deborah. She is now the same age (62) as her mum was when she was told she had cancer and not long to live. She says it has brought out a desire to take on some new (crazy) challenges.

Obviously there is absolutely no pressure or expectation. (She says she is finding the asking for sponsorship harder than the training 🤣). Here is the link, if this a charity you would like to support-

Good Morning Everyone, thank you all for making my Birthday so special I read everyone’s messages just ran out of time replying to you all. I had an amazing day, at work my staff Sam and Jada went out there way to surprise me with ballon’s and banners so the whole world knew it was my birthday 🙈 the cards, flowers and gifts kept arriving, friends popped in through the day, it was magical . My bestie Amanda Snow picked me up when I finished to take me out to our friends for dinner, great food brilliant company lots of bubbles, I was totally spoilt thank you all, I am so blessed and grateful for all I have in my life ♥️🙏🏽
