🌟 Just a little reminder of our salon policy that has been in place since we opened 🌟
‼️ We have had a recent increase of No-shows, last minute cancellations on appointments and unfortunately these policies will be strictly applied to all clients moving forward as we have to protect ourselves as individuals. This industry we are in,takes time for training, perfecting our skills to deliver the best to our clients‼️

Salon policies are put in place to protect the time, income, and business of self-employed beauty professionals. When appointments are missed, canceled last minute, or clients arrive significantly late, that time cannot usually be filled again — resulting in lost income for the stylist. Unlike traditional jobs, self-employed salon owners and stylists do not receive paid time off, hourly wages, or guaranteed income. Every appointment slot is reserved specifically for each client, and salon policies help ensure fairness, respect, and sustainability for the business. These policies allow us to continue providing quality service, maintain our schedule efficiently, and protect the livelihood we work hard to build. We truly appreciate our clients’ understanding, support, and respect for our time and business.
