Looking back at this photo from 9 years ago really shows me just how much my work has evolved. 🤍Keeping up with relevant training, especially around nail care, shaping and current trends, has made such a difference. You don’t always realise how much you’ve improved until you look back at where you started. ✨

In a world where everything is becoming more and more polished, edited and AI-generated, sometimes it feels impossible to keep up.

As a small beauty business, I don’t have a full photo shoot for every set of nails I create, I don’t have perfect lighting, a photographer, endless props or hours to spend creating the “perfect” content - and honestly my clients also want to get on with their day 🤭

What you see on my page is real. Real nails, real clients, real hands, real lighting, real life. 🤍

And honestly, I think it’s so important that we remind ourselves not to compare — especially when so much of what we see online isn’t completely natural anymore.

So if my photos aren’t always perfect, that’s okay. The work is real, the time and effort is real, and most importantly, the nails are real. 🥰

Here’s to keeping it authentic, supporting small businesses and remembering that perfection online isn’t the reality of everyday life. ✌️
