• Late arrivals over 15 minutes may lose appointment and deposit.
• Cancellations or no-shows = deposit lost / fee charged.
• No refunds on services. Fixes must be requested within 48 hrs.
• Please inform us of allergies/medical issues before treatment.
• We may refuse service if there is a risk to health or hygiene.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
• Gift vouchers valid for 6 months & non-refundable.
