I never really post pics of myself or my work, so I'd thought I'd put a face to The Urban Temple if you haven't met me before.

I've been a massage therapist for 8 years, specialising in Turkish and sports massage treatments.
I'm also qualified in
Swedish massage
Thai massage
Indian Head Massage
Fire cupping
Hopi ear candle
Lymphatic drainage
Shamanic reiki
My treatments not only work on the muscles but on the fascia, meridian and lymphatic system to create the perfect massage.

After working in a Haman (turkish bath) for 4 years I decided to go self employed and opened The Urban Temple. A place for relaxation rejuvenation and self worship.

As well as massage I offer yoga classes 1-2-1 and group sessions.
My classes offer breathwork and a mixture of Yin and Hatha yoga to help with relaxation, strength, flexibility and chakra activation.
