Tailored treatments to help you look, live & feel well
Greece, you were everything ☀️🇬🇷
An active holiday is always my favourite kind, and this one delivered on every level. The kids were in their element, and even I managed to get on the water skis despite being someone who is not particularly confident in water and has a well-documented hatred of anything cold. Progress 😂
The unexpected highlight of the trip was discovering that the wonderful and happened to be staying at the same resort - the incredible Messini resort in Kalamata! They were genuinely lovely, warm, and completely down to earth, and even did some impromptu dance lessons for both the adults and the kids!
Feeling recharged, grateful, and already thinking about the next one.
Thank you to for a brilliant trip 🙏🏽

Sculptra is one of the treatments I get asked about most, and also one of the most misunderstood.
I've been using it for years, and it's still one of the treatments I reach for most when someone comes to me with volume loss, structural change, or skin that's starting to feel different to how it used to.
The results, when it's planned and delivered well, are some of the most natural and long-lasting I see in clinic.
There's a lot of noise around it - people who've heard it's risky, or that it'll stop them from having surgery later.
Most of that comes from poor technique or a lack of understanding about how it actually works, and it puts people off a treatment that could make a real difference for them.
So these are the five things I wish more people understood about Sculptra before they write it off or, equally, before they book it somewhere without asking the right questions 👉🏼
If you want to know whether it's the right fit for your face and your goals, book a consultation through the link in my bio, and we'll talk it through properly, or DM me the word "SCULPTRA" to learn more 💌
Jutsu trend, but make it ✨️ summer skincare ✨️
These are the products earning a permanent spot in my routine summer, and the ones I find myself recommending most in clinic right now:
✨️ Albus and Flora SPF Lip Balm. The lips are one of the most overlooked areas when it comes to sun protection, and this one makes it completely effortless. Proper protection in a format you’ll actually want to use every day.
✨️ AlumierMD EverActiv Vitamin C. A stable, well-formulated vitamin C that delivers on brightness, antioxidant protection, and collagen support. In the summer months, when UV exposure is higher, this in the morning is non-negotiable.
✨️ Intradermology Synergy 6 SPF. One of my favourite SPFs to recommend. It’s elvety, lightly tinted, and packed with peptides, so it’s protecting and treating at the same time. A genuinely impressive formula.
✨️ AlumierMD Sheer Hydration SPF. Lightweight, comfortable, and sits beautifully under makeup. For anyone who has struggled to find an SPF that doesn’t feel heavy in the heat, this is the one.
✨️ AlumierMD Intellibright. A brightening treatment that targets pigmentation and uneven skin tone, which becomes especially important in summer when UV exposure can trigger and worsen pigmentation. Using this consistently alongside your SPF makes a significant difference.
Five products, all doing something your skin genuinely needs this summer - protect, brighten, treat.

There's a lot of noise in the skin and aesthetics space, and a lot of it makes things feel more complicated than they actually need to be.
Most of what gets talked about online is either commercially driven, oversimplified, or focused on the wrong things entirely. And when you're trying to make good decisions about your skin, that makes it genuinely hard to know where to start or what's actually worth your time and money.
The things that make the biggest difference aren't always the most talked about Understanding that skin health and injectables aren't separate conversations, and that overlooking one will always limit the other.
What you do overnight and how directly that affects the way your skin repairs and behaves. And understanding that biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse are doing something fundamentally different to traditional filler, which is why they matter so much more than most people realise after 40.

Most people focus so much on their face that they forget the body ages, too.
I get it - the face is where most of us notice changes first, and it's where the majority of aesthetic treatments are focused. However, the body tells its own story, and for a lot of women it's one they feel self-conscious about but don't think there's much they can do about.
👉🏽 The crepey skin on the upper arms
👉🏽 The chest lines that deepen no matter how much you moisturise
👉🏽 The cellulite that doesn't shift despite doing everything right with diet and exercise
Sculptra Body works differently from anything else available for the body because it's not masking the problem - it's improving the biology underneath it. Using PLLA to stimulate your own collagen production over time, it gradually strengthens the skin itself, which is where most body concerns actually start.
If you want to find out whether Sculptra Body could help you, book a consultation through the link in my bio and we'll talk it through properly, or DM me the word BODY to learn more 💌

The word ‘prevention’ in aesthetics has become widely used but is often a bit misunderstood.
It doesn’t mean starting everything very early or chasing lines before they’re even visible; it’s about knowing what actually makes a difference and having the knowledge to ignore what doesn’t.
Good prevention isn’t built on impulse decisions - it’s built on understanding how your skin is changing and choosing treatments that genuinely support it.
Some things will protect your skin, strengthen it, and pay you back over time. Others are well-marketed, widely talked about, and ultimately a waste of money (and there’s a lot of great marketing in the world of skincare)!
If you’re going to invest in your skin, you should know the difference 👉🏼
Save this as a guide, and if you want a plan that’s tailored to your skin, book a consultation or send me a message and I’ll be happy to help you figure it out 💌
What an absolutely incredible few days in Malta at Hosted 2026 ☀️🌊
Being invited was a real privilege. The number of clinics included was small, and it genuinely meant a lot to be one of them.
The whole experience was centred around discovering new technologies and innovations before they’re widely available, understanding where aesthetics is heading and how we can continue to improve what we offer to the people we treat. I’m already thinking seriously about some of what I explored, and I’ll be sharing more on that soon!
What I didn’t expect was quite how much I’d take away from simply spending that time with other practitioners. Talking honestly about what we’re all doing, what’s working, what we’re finding challenging, and realising that so many of us are driven by exactly the same things. It’s rare to spend that kind of time in close proximity to so many like-minded practitioners!
A huge thank you to hosted for organising such an incredible event and for having me 💙
Watch this space for updates on what’s coming to clinic off the back of this!

Most people underestimate how much the consultation actually matters.
It’s not simply a formality before treatment. It is the treatment, in many ways.
That’s where we work out what makes sense, what doesn’t, and what’s worth doing now versus later. It’s where expectations get shaped properly, not just agreed with.
I’m not looking for you to have the answers. I’m looking for a conversation that’s honest enough to build a plan from. One that’s realistic, considered, and actually suits you.
Because good results don’t come from quick decisions or ticking boxes. They come from taking the time to get it right at the start.
