Peaceful, gentle, gorgeously floaty ... my favourite thing about Reflexology is helping you drift off to that 'in between place', where you're not quite asleep but you're not really here either ☁️☁️☁️☁️

☀️☀️Recovery Update!☀️☀️
❤️Long morning walks and long afternoon siestas❤️- it has been THE MOST perfect week to be off work!
🌳📖🍪Lots of walking, lots of rest, lots of audiobooks in the garden, lots of biscuits (I'm not sure if the surgeon specifically recommended that last one but its definitely helping🤣)
💪💪💪At least one more week off work, I'll make a decision next week about easing back in with a few appointments the week of the 8th June.💪💪💪

This is the happy face of a massage therapist who is feeling so much better! I'm up and about a bit, happily drinking lots of tea, and hoping to get home to my boys tomorrow. 💪💪💪💪
