✨ NEW YEAR ✨
So it’s 2023 and I’m ready for a fresh start ✨ Back to college on Saturday, I can’t wait to get stuck in for the rest of my course.
For now though I’m working on my New Year’s resolution which is to work more on my meditation practice 🧘♀️
Did you know the emotional and physical benefits of meditation can include:
✨ Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
✨Building skills to manage your stress
✨Focusing on the present
✨Reducing negative emotions
✨Increasing imagination and creativity
✨Increasing patience and tolerance
✨Lowering resting heart rate
✨Lowering resting blood pressure
✨Improving sleep quality
