There would be a small charge of £10 to cover products etc and you would need to be able to spare a couple of hours.

Please note that as of 1st April there will be a small increase in prices.

I didn’t want to have to increase prices but with everything going up I had little choice but have kept increases as small as possible.

Yesterday I was asked to do a mindfulness session for a lovely group of rainbows so they could earn their mindfulness badge.

We enjoyed some yoga, mindful breathing, calmer stories and a beautiful guided meditation about spring.

I absolutely loved teaching again and can’t wait to be running classes again.

We are a few days late in wishing our amazing clients a very happy Christmas 🎄 and thank you for all your support over the last year and we look forward to welcoming you back in 2023

Bookings for the new year are now open. During January there will be limited treatments and appointments available as we welcomed our new addition a month early on 1/12/22. She just couldn’t wait to meet us and we are pleased to say mum and baby are recovering well.

Classes will resume in February so watch this space for more details. We are also going to be expanding some of our services with more details to follow.
