Saturday mornings = hydration + a little light therapy ✨💧

Starting the weekend with one of my favourite little skincare rituals — LED mask on, water at the ready and a generous spritz of Tropic Morning Mist.

Morning Mist is such an easy way to give skin an instant boost of hydration. With aloe vera juice, avocado milk and tiger grass extract, it helps to soothe, refresh and replenish moisture while leaving skin feeling soft, comfortable and ready for the rest of your routine.

I love using it after cleansing, but it’s also perfect for a little hydration top-up whenever your skin is feeling dry or tired throughout the day.

18 years on… and I can genuinely say my skin is far healthier now than it was at 23 ✨

Back then, dullness was something I just accepted. Fast forward to now and my skin feels brighter, healthier and so much better cared for — and in all honesty, I don’t feel like it’s aged all that much either! 🤍

Of course, ageing is completely natural, but for me it’s all about looking after the skin I’m in and giving it the right ingredients consistently.

That’s one of the reasons I love Tropic so much. A good skincare routine isn’t about trying to look 23 forever — it’s about keeping your skin healthy, nourished and glowing at every age. 🌿✨

And looking at this photo from 18 years ago really reminded me just how much of a difference taking proper care of my skin has made.
