Introducing Hayley

We are so pleased to welcome Hayley as part of The Beauty Lounge Academy training team.

Hayley has been part of my professional circle for many years, both as a trusted client of mine and as someone I have personally been a client of too. Over that time, I have seen first-hand the care, professionalism and high standards she brings to her work.

Hayley is a qualified beauty therapist and trainer with many years of hands-on industry experience. She was an ideal choice to join the academy because she shares the same drive, work ethic and genuine care for students that I believe good training should be built on.

She is passionate about maintaining high industry standards and passing on her knowledge in a way that is supportive, honest and practical. Hayley is also the therapist we confidently recommend our own clients to when we are unable to accommodate them ourselves, which says everything about the level of trust we have in her work.

As a waxing specialist, Hayley has continued to invest in her own development and has trained with the amazing Kim Lawless, one of the most respected names in the waxing industry. Her commitment to ongoing education reflects exactly what we value at The Beauty Lounge Academy.

I truly believe the best trainers are the ones who are still actively working in the industry, offering treatments, updating their skills and keeping up with the changes in professional practice. For that reason, I know our students will be in very safe hands with Hayley.

We are so excited to have her supporting our learners and sharing her knowledge, experience and passion for the beauty industry.

There are some major changes coming in April.

I will be removing lash extensions from my treatment menu and only offering waxing from April 2024

I have spoken with lash techs I know and trust that will be happy to accommodate your lash appointments, they will require you have no lashes on at your first appointment.

I will be offering waxing appointments every other Saturday so all wax clients can keep their waxing routines.
