We hate to post this, but just a little reminder to all our clients how much last minute cancellations and no shows affect us. If your bum isn’t in the seat, we’re not getting paid.
Some circumstances can’t be helped and we completely understand! But please try and be just as considerate towards us.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. We always appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
To help protect our time as a self-employed business, please note the following:
* Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the appointment cost will be charged, as this is not enough notice for us to fill the appointment slot.
The payment for a late cancellation/ no show will be expected to be paid prior to your next appointment.
We know it can feel like it’s only one appointment, but when last-minute cancellations happen 3–5 times a week, it can result in a significant loss of income for a self-employed business. In many cases, another client could have taken that appointment if enough notice had been given.
Thank you for your understanding, support, and respect for our time. Your cooperation helps us continue providing the best possible service to all of our clients.
