Please note as of 1 July I will be implementing a new policy for missed appointments.

Recently I’ve had increasing numbers of no shows which has an impact on my business. No shows mean time is lost and therefore income is lost.

So from tomorrow any missed appointments will be chargeable to the full cost of the appointment. A link will be sent via the booking system.

I understand things come up last minute and I’ve never charged in the past but as time goes on it has a more detrimental affect on my income and being able to make the most of my time.

If you reschedule or cancel with the app as it allows this is not affected it’s for those that don’t attend at all

I do allow 10 mins grace which is half the appointment time
