✨ A quick note about booking appointments

We wanted to take a moment to explain how appointments work at our salon, as we know booking can sometimes feel a little tricky.

We are a self-employed salon, and while we do have a communal salon phone, each stylist manages their own diary and works 1-to-1 with their clients. If you call the salon and the person answering doesn’t personally have availability that suits you, we’ll usually take a message and share it with the rest of the team to see who can help.

Because this depends on how busy each stylist is at the time, responses can occasionally take a little longer than we’d like. And if we’re honest, sometimes messages do get missed or we forget to get back to someone… we’re human, and we really appreciate your patience ❤️

Please know that we never intentionally delay replies and we always do our best to accommodate everyone where possible.

💡 For the fastest response, we recommend contacting your stylist directly. While we’re with clients, that time is fully theirs, so we don’t usually stop to answer phone calls… but messages can be replied to as soon as we’re free.

Some of you might remember that a little while ago we mentioned we’d been shortlisted for the for Best New or Refurbished Salon…

What we didn’t realise was that we’d also been shortlisted for Best Salon Team too… so imagine our shock when our name was announced for both awards! 🖤

We honestly couldn’t be prouder. These awards mean so much because they reflect everything we’ve worked so hard to build… a beautiful space, an amazing atmosphere, and a team that genuinely loves what they do.

The Best Salon Team award feels especially special to us… because as a rent-a-chair salon, every stylist runs their own independent business, yet somehow we’ve built the most supportive, creative and uplifting team that truly feels like a family. 🖤

The girls couldn’t be there to celebrate on the night (and they were so missed)… but rest assured, celebrations are definitely coming… and if you know this team, you’ll know we’ll do it our way! 😉
