My new ONLINE Kundalini class starts tomorrow morning at 7am. It is £30 for a 6 week block of classes - every Wednesday
💫This a a brilliant introduction to Kundalini Yoga. You can take it at your pace and it will be accessible to all abilities.
💫Kundalini yoga uses a beautiful blend on repetitive movement, breathwork and mantra to create a state of active meditation.
💫It is perfect if you find it difficult to switch off from life's many distractions.
💫If 7am is too early... do not worry - you will have the recording link for 7 days... so you can practise whenever you want and as many times you want.
💫You do not need to be flexible. You don't need a mat... just come as you are!!
