On Valentines Day, I'm showing love for my two favourite coffee shops that keep me going the other 364 days of the year .coffee . Amazing coffee and staff in both these places and Koda have also got these stickers that are a lovely gift, especially today 😍

So we've been told it's National H**p Day today? Apparently its quite a new thing, started in 2019 and a US invention to celebrate what an extraordinary and versatile plant it is. We agree 🌱🪴

H**p seed oil is just one of many products you get from this environmentally friendly plant. We use it in many of our balms for its moisturising and anti-inflammatory properties.

You may not get high from h**p seed oil as it doesn't have any of the THC psychoactive compounds in it, but it will make your skin happy 😊

Last year, I joined Rimi from and Anna from at Start Up Show to talk about running a vegan business.

On Saturday we're off again, but I'll be able to watch all the brilliant speakers in comfort this year without worrying about having to give a talk to an audience (it was fine afterwards! 😄)
