But what if I fall asleep during the massage?
Totally fine - and very common. Falling asleep just means you’ve reached a deep level of relaxation, which is often the whole point.

I’ve designed the space to support that, and I usually leave a short buffer at the end of your massage. So if you drift off and want to take a 20-minute nap before heading out, you’re welcome to enjoy a quiet reset.

Because this happens fairly often, I’ll usually ask at the start of your massage if you need to be anywhere afterwards - just in case you doze off and time gets stretchy. 💤��

To make your first visit smooth and efficient, 🤖 I’ve programmed my digital assistant to provide a brief video introduction covering everything you need to know.

This way, I can focus entirely on your massage while any necessary forms are sorted quickly - but at your own pace. ��On future visits, you can update forms anytime - so you spend less time on admin and more time relaxing. 😎��

FYI 🇬🇧 I passed my Life in the UK Test. 💯

It’s a requirement for citizenship in the UK, testing your knowledge of the country’s entire history, culture, laws, and how it all fits together.

Months of studying, organising, and memorising the past 10,000 years:

• Geology and geography
• Prehistoric Britain
• Roman Britain
• Anglo-Saxons and Vikings
• Mediaeval Britain
• Tudor and Stuart periods
• 18th and 19th century history
• Religion and sport
• Dates, inventors, inventions, wars, battle names, numbers, facts and figures… you name it

Then you sit the test at a secure centre. Full checks, no hoodies, metal detector, even checking ears and up your trousers. Proper airport vibes… can’t get more welcoming than this 😅

Now that’s done, finally I’m back to focusing on massage.

However, if you ever want random pub quiz facts about your own country, I’ve got it memorised.

The test gives you 45 minutes to complete…
