Treated myself to a reiki session with Eir's Essence on Bar Street this week, and it was exactly what I needed.
The room is calm and beautifully set up, the kind of space where you can properly switch off for an hour. The session itself was thoughtful and detailed, and I left feeling genuinely balanced and relaxed in a way that lasted well beyond the appointment.
