This colour transformation was a challenge, not only technically but also in rebuilding trust in a stylist.

There are many reasons why clients can lose confidence after a salon experience and sadly that can stop them from returning altogether. That’s why consultations are so important, especially with new clients. It gives us the chance to truly get to know them, understand their style, and learn their do’s and don’ts before we begin.

We welcomed a new client into the salon and, after a thorough consultation we got to work. We used K18 first as the hair needed some much-needed TLC, before re-blending the blonde and applying a full colour to darken and soften the overall look.
