This hot summer may just make this a great spot for beginners of cold dipping, but there something about having the warm sun on your face in moderate temp water that can create a deep relaxation unfounded in the winter. 🏞️

What’s happening in the lands of Hilltop?
You may have caught the video of a slightly “sauna drunk” 😵💫 Mike & Sam, sharing some of our visions and plans for Hilltop.
Well, here’s a glimpse of what’s coming!
We’ve updated our sauna booking timetable for you all to explore, and we hope these new sessions suit you 🙏
Green blocks: Single 1-hour sauna sessions 🔥
Blue blocks: Private bookings (up to 5 people) 👤👥
Red blocks: A much hotter 2-hour experience 🔥🔥
Yellow block: We venture out into the wilds with Nomadic Saunas 🏞️

Hilltop Sauna - Sunday 10th May - Our Lobster Session will be 1.5 hours, including a 30-minute breathwork session after the sauna. 😮💨

Nomadic Saunas - Friday 9th May - We’ll be heading down to Saltwick near Whitby, setting up for 4 hours of sauna with views across the ocean waters out to the Black Nab. 🌅
