β’ Laser hair removal
Start/continue your course now. Laser works progressively, so getting sessions in before Christmas is ideal.
β’Facial / skin consultation
Start with a professional skin assessment and get your skin-prep plan in place.
β’ Facials / skin treatments
Begin a course of treatments such as hydrating, resurfacing or regenerative facials. Avoid leaving your skin prep until December.
6β8 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS β October/November
β’ Dermal filler
This is a good window for lips, cheeks, chin or other areas you want enhanced. It gives swelling and bruising plenty of time to settle and allows time for a review or small adjustment if required.
β’ Skin boosters
Start your course now if youβre having multiple sessions. Skin boosters are about improving skin quality rather than creating an instant change, so earlier is better.
4β6 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS β November
β’ Anti-wrinkle treatment
Ideal time to have your treatment so the result has time to develop and settle. It also leaves enough time for your usual review/adjustment period before Christmas.

Think hydration, luminosity and barrier support rather than anything overly aggressive.

If youβve had filler earlier, this is the time to assess the result rather than adding unnecessary treatment at the last minute.

Lip dissolve & refill β¨
Sometimes the best result starts with taking a step back.
Our patient came to us with previous filler that had migrated above the natural lip border, creating unwanted product outside the lip.
We dissolved the migrated filler first, allowing the area to settle before reassessing the lips. Once ready, we were able to refill with a much more considered approach, focusing on definition, balance and restoring natural-looking volume.
A reminder that more filler isnβt always the answer, sometimes dissolving and starting fresh gives us the best foundation for the result weβre trying to achieve.

We started by dissolving the old lip filler due to filler migration, allowing the area to fully settle before starting again.
Two weeks later, we treated the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and nasolabial folds, creating a more balanced and harmonious result while still keeping her features looking natural.
A full-face approach is all about treating each area with purpose and considering how they work together, rather than simply adding volume.
