So you know we mentioned a load of things you can still do with your hair extensions - which is almost anything - there are some things we do not recommend.

We want you and your hair to slay and not be damaged, so we think it is best to avoid:
- Dying your hair extensions
- Swimming with hair extensions in a pool or in the sea🏊‍♀️
- Using blue shampoo
- Pulling really hard on them (I know its obvious but some people like to get real freaky in the sheets - we ain't judging!🙈)
- Wearing your hair in a really tight, high style, day in day out (Ariana Grande may be total but styles like hers can put a major strain on your scalp if you rock it every day, so we say thank you, next to that!) 💁‍♀️

Your lifestyle doesn't have to change when you have hair extensions - there may just be a few extra precautions you need to take depending on the activity you're doing.

For example, you'll find it is always best to tie your hair up/back while you work on your Beyonce b***y at the gym - which we don't think is too hard right?!

Things you can still do while your wearing hair extensions:
- Wear your hair up
- Wear cute head/hair accessories - bobble hats will always rock 😍

- Play sports/ go to the gym
